Okay ill admit I haven't really been updating this blog as much as I want to but I definitely have been tuning in to my favorite ones. I love reading stuff (especially works of fiction and everything related to style trends..I was even surprised by the number of humor blogs out there) and blogspot just has it all!
Anything and everything you can possibly imagine, there is a blog for it out there. As a matter of fact, even if you want to download something there is a blog that'll get you a link to that. Whether you want to download an e-book or the latest album or even a whole movie, there are awesome blogs out there with people working really hard updating their blogs and taking the pain of uploading them for their readers.
Nowadays if I want to download something unusual, say an album of my favorite artist, all I do is go to Google and say I want to download 'X', I type in the search bar (without quotes) "download X site:blogspot.com".
"site: " is a advanced search feature of google that enables you to search within a domain. Like say I want to search some news within the Indian media or read my favorite newspaper online, for which I mostly use Indiapress, instead of typing http://www.indiapress.org, you have to type indiapress.org
So that becames "site:indiapress.org". [site(in lower case) + Colon(:) + (the website's name without the http://]
Try it guys, this feature will give you the result 99% of the times, personal assurance. Or for people not well accustomed to the net, go here. However, the previous method is more effective.
I just wrote this post since I think that I use it way too much and since I already have a blog of my own to voice my opinion, it definitely requires a commendation from my end of atleast one post. Seriously, thats the least I can do.
So Way To Go Pyra Labs for the brains...and Go Google for having the moolah to buy it and commercialize it enough that people like you and me know about it.
